1 Scope
This standard specifies the nickel-chromium - Gold and Iron, Copper - Gold and Iron thermocouple wire product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, modes of supply,
Packaging and logo.
This standard applies to the manufacture of industrial nickel-chromium - Gold and Iron, Copper - Gold and Iron alloy thermocouple wire (hereinafter referred to as dual wire).

3.2 grade thermocouple wire
