Scope

GB/T 33907-2017 is the English-translated version of 电解法固体水分测量仪.

GB/T 33907-2017 is the Chinese national standard for the electrolytic solid moisture meter. It specifies the requirements for the instrument, the test methods, the inspection rules, and the provisions on marking, packaging, transport and storage.

The requirements cover the normal working conditions (ambient temperature 5 C to 35 C, relative humidity not above 80 %, supply of (220 +/- 22) V and (50 +/- 1) Hz, freedom from mechanical vibration and shock, and air free of corrosive gases), the appearance of the case, switches, buttons, fasteners, nameplates and markings, and the safety requirements, beginning with a contact current of not more than 0.5 mA under normal operating conditions.

It applies to instruments that measure the moisture content of solid samples by electrolysis; the samples are those that release their water at room temperature or on heating, and samples that release substances able to destroy the phosphorus pentoxide coating or the electrolysis cell, or polymers that take part in the electrolysis reaction, are outside the measuring conditions.

It cites GB/T 191, GB/T 2829, GB 4793.1, GB/T 11606 and GB/T 13384. It was issued on 12 July 2017 and has applied since 1 February 2018.

Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements of electrolytic solid moisture measuring instrument (hereinafter referred to as instrument), test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transport Lose and store.

This standard is applicable to instruments that measure the moisture content of solid samples by electrolysis.

Note: This solid sample at room temperature or heating conditions can release the water, not included in the measurement conditions can release the destruction of phosphorus pentoxide coating and electrolysis A pool of cells, or a polymer that participates in the components of the electrolysis reaction.

2 Normative reference documents
