3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Cooling poultry meat chiledmeat
After cooling processing and transportation and sales remain low (center temperature 0 °C ~ 4 °C) and not frozen poultry meat.
3.2 Frozen poultry meat
Animal carcasses cooled by low temperature freezing process and to maintain its core temperature processing, transportation, sales process of not more than -15 °C
Livestock and poultry meat.
3.3 Cold chain
Based on product characteristics in order to maintain its quality and used with appropriate facilities and equipment, from production to consumption of the product in all sectors is always low
