Scope
GB/T 27893-2011 is the English-translated version of 天然气中颗粒物含量的测定 称量法.
GB/T 27893-2011 is the Chinese standard "Natrual gas - Determination of particles content - Gravimetric method". Its scope clause reads: This standard specifies the method for the determination of particulate matter content of natural gas by the filter weighing method.
This standard applies to the determination of the content of particulate matter in the gas, measured pressure of 0.1MPa ~ 6MPa, measuring range. 0.1mg/m3 ~ 100mg/m3.
If the over-sampling filter trap and capture system can withstand higher pressure, the pressure measurement may be appropriate to increase Its corresponding pressure.
This standard does not address all of the safety issues related to its application. Before using this standard, the user has the responsibility to develop appropriate safety and Protective measures, and clarify the scope of its qualified.
Its clauses include terms and definitions; test principle; apparatus and materials.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
Particulate matter particles
Removing the water adhering solid particles larger than 0.5µm, including particulate matter adsorbed dried evaporates without a trace
Points are treated as particles.
4 Test principle
A volume of natural gas is retained by the filter constant weight of particulate matter on the filter, after drying weighed according particulate mass and pass
The volume of natural gas over the calculated particle content, in units of mg/m3.
5 Apparatus and materials
5.1 Sampling probe
in Figure 1, with an outer diameter of 6mm ~ 10mm stainless steel pipe production, processing into a tapered outer edge.
5.2 Sampling pipe
stainless steel tube, an outer diameter of not less than 6mm, from the sampling probe to trap sampling conduit as short as possible, generally should not exceed
Over 3m.
5.3 Particulate Trap
sulfur, working pressure 6MPa or higher, for trapping particulate matter in the line pressure. Membrane. small aperture
At 0.5µm.
5.4 Dry Gas Meter
Dividing the value of 2L, indication error ± 3%.
