Scope

GB/T 27627-2011 is the English-translated version of 粮油机械碟片精选机.

GB/T 27627-2011 covers the disc separator used in grain and oil machinery, a machine the draft also renders as disc concentrator.

Clause 1 states that the standard specifies the terms and definitions, the working principle, the model and basic parameters, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for the machine, and that it applies to disc concentrators that separate barley, oats, buckwheat, vetch and other small particles of impurities from grain.

Clause 2 cites GB/T 191, GB/T 3768, GB 5226.1, GB/T 5494, GB/T 12467.3, GB/T 13306, GB/T 24854, GB/T 24855, GB/T 24856, GB/T 25218 and GB Z158.

Clause 3 defines three terms: the disc, a cast iron or steel annular disc with bag holes cast on both faces; the bag hole or pocket, the pocket-shaped recess densely arranged on the flat or curved faces of the disc, with a note that its shape and specification vary with the type of impurity to be removed; and buckwheat cockleweed, the collective name for the spherical weed seeds separated during wheat cleaning.

Clause 4, headed works in the draft, sets out the working principle, by which the bag holes on both sides of the disc pick up the shorter or the longer grain particles at an appropriate disc speed so that those particles seat in the holes and are thrown to a certain height into a collecting tank while the others remain outside the holes; the sentence breaks off in the draft, so the remainder of the clause cannot be reported.

The foreword states that Appendix A is a normative appendix, that the standard was proposed by the National Food Authority and that it was drafted by Henan University and Harbin Dongan Grain Machinery Co., Ltd. It was issued on 2011-12-30 and has applied since 2012-04-01.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions disc concentrator, working principle, model and basic parameters of the project, technical requirements, test methods, inspection Inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3.1 Disc

Both sides have cast secret bag holes cast iron or steel annular discs.

3.2 Bag hole pocket

Densely arranged in a pocket-like recess Face (disc on both sides, flat or curved) on.
