Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 2675-2006 "map paper", compared with GB/T 2675-2006, the main changes are as follows.

--- Eliminated first-class provisions and requirements for ash (see the 2006 edition of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4);

--- Modify the folding (top grade), sizing (qualified), D65 brightness and dust requirements (see 4.1, 2006 version 4.1);

--- Increase the tensile strength and printing surface strength requirements (see 4.1);

--- Supplement the soaking time of the retention of tensile strength after soaking (see 5.11);

--- Adjust the sampling plan (see 6.3, 2006 version 6.3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the map paper classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and so on.

This standard applies to offset topographic maps, maps and atlas of paper.

Map paper according to the quality level is divided into excellent products and qualified products.

4 Requirements

4.1 The technical specifications of the paper should be consistent with Table 1 or the contract.
