5.1 Intrinsic Quality

5.1.1 The internal quality of the base paper for double-sided adhesive tape shall meet the requirements specified in Table 1.

5.2 Appearance

5.2.1 The base paper for the tape is in roll form. The roll end face should be neat, free from wavy lines and other mechanical damage. The tension at both ends should be consistent. The paper end face should...

There should be no tears, no sandwiched edges, and the paper core should be free from looseness and deformation.

5.2.2 The paper should be flat, clean, wrinkle-free, and free of holes; the fiber structure should be uniform, free of sand, impurities, pulp lumps, and other paper defects that may affect its use.

5.3 Number of connectors

Each roll of paper should have no more than two joints, and the joints should be firmly glued and clearly marked.

5.4 Dimensions and Dimensional Deviations

The width of the tape base paper roll shall conform to the order contract, and the width deviation shall not exceed ±3mm; the roll diameter shall be 500mm~1000mm, or According to the purchase order contract.

6.1 Sample collection and processing

Sample collection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 450.For quantitative analysis and quantitative deviation, density, tensile strength, elongation, and longitudinal wet tensile strength, etc.

The determination of water absorption, smoothness and dimensional deviation, sample treatment and standard atmosphere for testing shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 10739.

6.2 Quantitative Analysis and Quantitative Bias

Quantitative determination and quantitative deviation shall be performed in accordance with GB/T 451.2.

6.3 Tightness

The determination shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 451.3.The thickness of the laminated sample shall be measured, and the compactness shall be calculated based on the thickness of a single layer.

6.4 Tensile strength and elongation

The determination shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 12914.

6.5 Longitudinal wet tensile strength

The test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 465.2, and the immersion time of the sample in water shall be 10 min.

6.6 Water Absorbency

The water absorption time was determined according to GB/T 461.3 and was 60 seconds.

6.7 Smoothness

The determination shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 456.

6.8 D65 brightness

The determination shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 7974.

6.9 Color difference deltaE of paper in the same batch

The determination shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 7975.
