Scope

GB/T 26718-2024 is the English-translated version of 城市轨道交通安全防范系统技术要求.

GB/T 26718-2024 is the Chinese national standard covering the security installation of a metro line taken as one system — the video chain from cameras through transmission and storage to the management platform, the image recognition built on it, the intrusion, emergency and perimeter alarms, access control, intercom and electronic patrol, the screening equipment for explosives, gases, radioactive material, liquids and X-ray, the integration platform, the physical barriers, and the acceptance and maintenance that keep it working after handover. It replaces GB/T 26718-2011, under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In force from 1 July 2025. Issued on 31 December 2024, it has been in force since 1 July 2025, replacing GB/T 26718-2011.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document replaces GB/T 26718-2011 "Technical requirements for urban rail transit safety and prevention systems" and is compatible with GB/T 26718- Compared with 2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

The “Basic Requirements” for security systems have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2011 edition); a) Include "safety, reliability, environmental adaptability and electromagnetic compatibility of rail transit safety and prevention systems" in the "overall requirements" (See Chapter 4, Chapter 16 of the 2011 edition);

b) Change “video security monitoring system” to “technical requirements for video monitoring system” (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 2011 edition); c) Added technical regulations on the functions and performance of various equipment in the "video surveillance system" (see 5.2 to 5.6), and deleted the "various areas" Camera shooting requirements” (see 5.3 of the 2011 edition);

d) Changed the content related to "Face recognition system based on video security monitoring system" (see 5.7, 5.4 of the 2011 edition); e) Added "Video Intelligent Analysis Application" (see 5.7.2); f) Change “intrusion alarm system” to “technical requirements for intrusion and emergency alarm systems” (see Chapter 6, 2011 edition,

g) Change "manual emergency alarm function of the intrusion alarm system" to "emergency alarm system" (see 6.2, 2011 edition) 6.3);

h) Change "Requirements for high-voltage electronic pulse fence perimeter intrusion detection system" to "Perimeter intrusion alarm system" (see 6.3, 6.4 of the 2011 edition);

i) Added technical regulations on the functions and performance of various equipment of "access control system" (see 7.2~7.4); j) Added the chapter "Technical Requirements for Intercom Systems" (see Chapter 8); k) Changed the provisions of "Technical requirements for electronic inspection systems" (see Chapter 9, Chapter 8 of the 2011 edition); l) Added a chapter on “Technical requirements for safety inspection and detection systems” and revised the 2011 edition of “Portable explosive detection equipment” and “Drug detection equipment”.

m) Added technical regulations for "human safety inspection equipment" (see 10.7); n) Added technical regulations for “hazardous biological agent detection equipment” (see 10.8); o) Added a chapter on "Technical Requirements for Security Integration Platform" (see Chapter 11); p) Added a chapter on "Technical requirements for temperature screening equipment" (see Chapter 12); q) The provisions of "Technical requirements for physical defense systems" have been changed (see Chapter 13, Chapter 14 of the 2011 edition); r) Deleted "Security Control Room Requirements" (see Chapter 15 of the 2011 edition); s) Change “inspection, acceptance and operation and maintenance of rail transit safety and prevention systems” to “inspection and acceptance” and “maintenance and Maintenance”, added product inspection requirements, and changed the acceptance and maintenance regulations (see Chapter 14 and Chapter 15, 2011 Edition Chapter 16 of);

t) Added the normative appendix "Equipment detection requirements" (see Appendix A); u) Added the normative appendix “Test methods” (see Appendix B). v) Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents. 1 Scope

This document specifies the overall requirements for urban rail transit security systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion and emergency alarm systems, access Entrance control system, intercom system, electronic patrol system, safety inspection and detection system, security integration platform, temperature screening equipment, physical defense Technical requirements, inspection and acceptance, and maintenance requirements.

This document applies to the planning, design, manufacturing, inspection, operation and maintenance of urban rail transit safety and prevention systems.
