1 Scope

This standard specifies the designation method, structural type, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and rust proof packaging of the ball bearings for passenger car manual transmission (hereinafter referred to as "bearings").

This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and acceptance of bearings.
