This standard specifies the safety requirements for cotton processing enterprises environmental technology, infrastructure protection, security and other aspects of production safety management requirements. This standard applies to supervise cotton processing enterprises in the design, qualification, and environmental protection, fire and other departments of supervision and cotton processing enterprises And inspection.

3.1 Design Requirements Selection and the surrounding environment
