This standard specifies the tunable laser gas analyzer requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage and so on. This standard applies to the use of tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy techniques to measure gas or vapor in one or a few gas component Concentration tunable laser gas analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument).
