Scope

GB/T 25334.1-2023 is the English-translated version of 铁路机车车体 第1部分:内燃机车.

GB/T 25334.1-2023 sets the requirements for the carbody of a diesel locomotive. As Part 1 of GB/T 25334, it covers the environmental conditions the body has to withstand, the classification and composition of the body, the technical requirements, the test methods, type inspection and the marking, transport and storage.

It applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of new diesel locomotive bodies of 1435 mm standard gauge with electric or hydraulic transmission. It takes its vocabulary from GB/T 3367.3 and defines the carbody steel structure as the main steel load-bearing structure above the running gear.

Among the standards it cites are GB/T 3314, GB/T 6769, TB/T 2541 for the static strength test and TB/T 3266.1 for locomotive doors. It replaces GB/T 25334.1-2010, was issued on 7 September 2023 and has applied since 1 January 2024.

Introduction

The locomotive body is an important part of the locomotive. It is the installation basis for all the locomotive equipment and provides a comfortable working environment for the drivers and passengers.

Safety protection is responsible for various impacts, vibrations and forces under locomotive traction and braking conditions. The locomotive body has sufficient strength and stiffness, and its manufacturing Precision plays an important role in the installation quality and aesthetics of the locomotive. GB/T 25334 "Railway Locomotive Body" aims to establish the design of locomotive body Manufacturing specifications consist of two parts.

---Part 1: Diesel locomotives. The purpose is to stipulate that the standard track gauge is 1435mm, electric transmission and hydraulic power driven by internal combustion engines.

Requirements that need to be followed when designing and manufacturing new diesel locomotive bodies with transmission.

---Part 2: Electric locomotives. The purpose is to stipulate the design and design of new railway electric locomotive bodies with a standard gauge of 1435mm. Requirements that need to be followed during manufacturing.

1 Scope

This document specifies the environmental conditions, body classification and composition, technical requirements, test methods, type inspection, marking, operation and Transmit and store.

This document is applicable to new diesel locomotive bodies with a standard gauge of 1435mm and electric transmission and hydraulic transmission powered by an internal combustion engine. (hereinafter referred to as the "car body") design, manufacturing and acceptance.
