Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 24685-2009 "Paddy Field Grader". Compared with GB/T 24685-2009, this document except for structural adjustment In addition to the adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Modified the definition of "Paddy Field Leveling Slurry"; added the definition of "Paddy Field Leveling Fertilizer"; deleted the definition of "Mud Degree" Righteousness (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the:2009 edition);

b) Modified the product model (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the:2009 edition);

c) Deleted the two performance indicators and the corresponding test methods of "the coefficient of variation of the stirring depth" and "slurry degree", and added the "fertilizer discharge from each discharge outlet" There are two performance indicators and the corresponding test methods (see Table 1 and Section 1. Chapter 6, Table 1 and Chapter 6 of the:2009 edition);

d) The index of "surface smoothness after stirring" was changed to "surface smoothness after operation", the index of "stubble pressing depth" was changed to "depth of stubble buried", and - Modified the index of "stirring depth" (see Table 1, Table 1 of the:2009 edition);

e) Modified the general requirements (see 5.2, 5.2 of the:2009 edition);

f) Modified the assembly requirements (see 5.3, 5.3 of the:2009 edition);

g) Modified the paint and appearance quality requirements (see 5.4, 5.4 of the:2009 edition);

h) revised the safety requirements (see 5.5, 5.5 of the:2009 edition);

i) Modified the test method (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the:2009 edition);

j) Modified the reliability test method (see 6.2, Appendix A of the:2009 edition);

k) Modified the inspection rules (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the:2009 edition);

l) Modify the requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and increase the requirements for the instruction manual (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the:2009 edition);

m) Added the normative appendix "Tightening torque for threaded connections" (see appendix A).

1 Scope

This document specifies the product model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, operating instructions, signs, packaging, transport and storage.

This document applies to single-shaft and double-shaft paddy field leveling paddle mixers and paddy field leveling paddle mixers (hereinafter referred to as "paddlers").

Among them, dated citations documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.
