Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 24676-2009 "Vibration Subsoiler". Compared with GB/T 24676-2009, this document except for structural adjustment In addition to the adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) revised the scope of this document (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2009 edition);

b) The definitions of "vibrating subsoil excavator" and "loosening rate" in the original document were deleted (see Chapter 3 of the:2009 edition);

c) The definitions of "forced vibrating subsoiler" and "self-excited vibrating subsoiler" have been added (see Chapter 3);

d) Revised the product model representation method (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the:2009 edition);

e) Deleted the performance indicators of the original document (see 5.1 of the:2009 edition);

f) The performance index of the vibrating subsoiler is reset, and different index requirements are put forward according to the structure of the machine (see 5.1);

g) Modify the general requirements (see 5.2, 5.2 of the:2009 edition);

h) Modified the assembly requirements (see 5.3, 5.3 of the:2009 edition);

i) Modified painting and appearance quality (see 5.4, 5.4 of the:2009 edition);

j) revised the safety requirements (see 5.5, 5.5 of the:2009 edition);

k) Modified the test method (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the:2009 edition);

l) Modified the reliability test method (see 6.2, Appendix A of the:2009 edition);

m) Modified the inspection rules (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the:2009 edition);

n) Modify the requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and increase the requirements for the instruction manual (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the:2009 edition);

o) The tightening torque of the threaded connection in the normative appendix has been added (see appendix A).

1 Scope

This document specifies the product model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, instruction manuals, signs, packaging, transportation transport and storage.

This document applies to forced and self-excited vibrating subsoilers.
