1 Scope
This section GB/T 24649 specifies the tractor trailer air brake system air brake valve series of parameters, technical requirements, test methods,

This section applies to tractor trailer air brake system air brake valve (hereinafter referred to as air brake).

4. Technical Requirements
4.1 General Requirements
4.1.1
The air brake should be manufactured in accordance with prescribed procedures approved product drawings and technical documents.
4.1.2
air brake surface should be smooth, flat, should have no flash, burrs, metal plating and the oxidation layer should be no peeling and rust, painted surfaces
Shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5673-1991 in the TQ-2-2.
4.1.3
air brake should be able to work between -30 °C ~ 70 °C.
4.2 Performance Requirements
4.2.1 air brake brake light switch acting lowest pressure
Air brake brake light switch minimum acting pressure should be between 20kPa ~ 80kPa.
4.2.2 Static Characteristics
4.2.2.1
Static characteristics should meet the design requirements, the minimum equilibrium pressure should not exceed 50kPa.
4.2.2.2
within a predetermined range, the output pressure of the plunger (pedal or pull the arm) and the push rod stroke (pedal or pull arm) holding force follower relationship.
