1 Scope
This section GB/T 24649 specifies the tractor trailer air brake distribution valve technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packages
Loading, transport and storage.
This section applies to tractor trailer pneumatic braking system of the dispensing valve (hereinafter referred to as the dispensing valve).

3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1
dispensing valve shall be manufactured in accordance with prescribed procedures approved product drawings and technical documents.
3.1.2
dispensing valve surface should be smooth, flat, should have no flash, burrs, metal plating and the oxidation layer can not be peeled and rusty, paint should be consistent

dispensing valve should be able to work at a temperature of -30 °C ~ 70 °C.

dispensing valve rated pressure 630kPa.
3.2 Performance Requirements
3.2.1 Static Characteristics
3.2.1.1
started when the operating pressure range between 41kPa ~ 64kPa.

The minimum equilibrium pressure of not more than 98kPa.

The maximum equilibrium pressure equal to the rated pressure accumulator.

3.2.2 performance
3.2.2.1 Full braking performance
When the brake chamber pressure of the rated pressure, the dispensing valve inlet pressure at the air intake should not exceed 10kPa.
3.2.2.2 release the brake performance
When the pressure distribution at the inlet valve reaches the rated pressure, working pressure of the brake chamber should be no more than 10kPa.
3.2.3 Brake sensitivity
When the trailer air reservoir started to supply brake chamber, the dispensing valve at the inlet of the pressure drop should be between 60kPa ~ 80kPa.
