1 Scope
This section GB/T 24649 specifies the tractor trailer air brake system accumulator technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks,

This section applies to tractor trailer air brake system accumulator (hereinafter referred to as an accumulator).

3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1
accumulator should manufacture products in accordance with procedures approved by the drawings and technical documents.
3.1.2
accumulator surface should be smooth, flat, should not fly defects, burrs, cracks, and other impact strength, uniform weld, painted surfaces should

3.2 Performance Requirements

Accumulator at 1.5 times the rated pressure, holding pressure 5min should be no leakage.
3.2.2 pressure resistance
After the accumulator at 5 times the rated pressure 10min hydrostatic pressure test, it should be no cracks, deformation and Zhou Xiangyong long time should not exceed 1%.
