Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 23592-2009 "motorcycle exhaust gas purification catalyst." This standard compared with GB/T 23592-2009, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify the definition of coating shedding rate (see 3.5);

--- Modify the numerical value of the hole density in Product Classification Table 1 (see Chapter 4);

--- Increasing the appearance of quality defects (see 5.1);

--- Modify the value of product coating off rate (see 5.3);

--- Modify the fresh catalyst gas distribution conversion rate, light-off temperature requirements, to improve the requirements of airspeed conditions (see 5.4);

--- Increasing the requirements of the catalyst thermal vibration test (see 5.6,6.6);

--- Modify the sampling provisions (see 7.4).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the motorcycle exhaust gas purification catalyst requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate Ming book.

This standard applies to the metal honeycomb substrate as a carrier and load rare earth, precious metals or other metals and other active components of motorcycle exhaust Purification catalyst products.
