1.Scope This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and accompanying documents for recycled gold raw materials. Items and order details. This document applies to the production and inspection of recycled gold raw materials.

4.Classification The classification (name, source) and pretreatment methods of recycled gold raw materials are shown in Table 1.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 The appearance quality and gold mass fraction of recycled gold raw materials shall conform to the provisions of Table 2.

5.2 Recycled gold raw materials should not contain radioactive substances.

6 Test Methods

6.1 The appearance quality of recycled gold raw materials shall be inspected by visual inspection.

6.2 The determination of the gold mass fraction in recycled gold raw materials shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.

6.3 The radioactivity testing of recycled gold raw materials shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SN/T 0570.

7.1 Inspection and Acceptance

7.1.1 The recycled gold raw materials shall be inspected by the supplier or a third party, and the supplier shall ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this document and the purchase order.

7.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the received recycled gold raw materials in accordance with the provisions of this document. If the inspection results are inconsistent with the provisions of this document and the purchase order, the purchaser shall be liable for compensation. If the agreement is not reached, the supplier should be notified within 15 days, and the matter should be resolved through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. If arbitration is required, it should be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer.

7.2 Batching

7.2.1 Recycled gold raw materials shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of recycled gold raw materials of the same type (see Table 1).

7.2.2 If batching is not possible, the two parties shall resolve the issue through negotiation.

7.3 Inspection Items

7.3.1 Each batch of recycled gold raw materials shall be tested for appearance quality, gold mass fraction and radioactive contaminants.

7.3.2 Whether other valuable components contained in each batch of recycled gold raw materials should be tested shall be determined by the supply and demand parties through negotiation.

7.4 Sampling The sampling method shall be determined through consultation between the supplier and the buyer.

7.5 Judgment of Test Results

7.5.1 The numerical values of the test results shall be rounded in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8170, and the rounded value comparison method shall be used for judgment.

7.5.2 If the test results for appearance quality, gold mass fraction, and radioactive contaminants all meet the requirements of Chapter 5, the batch of recycled gold raw materials shall be deemed to have met the requirements of Chapter 5. The batch of recycled gold raw materials is deemed unqualified if any test result fails to meet the required standard.

8 Marking, packaging, transport and storage and accompanying documents

8.1 Marking Each batch of recycled gold raw materials should be accompanied by a label indicating.

a) Supplier's name;

b) Category and name;

c) Batch number;

8.2 Packaging The supply of recycled gold raw materials will be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, and may be supplied in packaging, briquettes, or other methods. The packaging method, dimensions, and weight will be determined by both parties. The agreement was reached through negotiation.

8.3 Transportation and Storage

8.3.1 During the transportation, loading, unloading, and storage of recycled gold raw materials, loading and unloading personnel should not be contaminated with flammable, corrosive, or radioactive materials. It is ready for shipment.

8.3.2 The transportation and storage of recycled gold raw materials shall be determined through consultation between the supplier and the buyer.

8.4 Accompanying Documents

8.4.1 The accompanying documentation for each batch of recycled gold raw materials should include.

a) Supplier information;

b) Raw material information;

c) This document number;

d) Date of manufacture or packaging.

8.4.2 The accompanying documents for each batch of recycled gold raw materials should also include.

a) Product quality guarantee certificate;

b) Test items and their results or test conclusions;

c) Correct handling, use, and storage methods, etc.;

9.Order details The order form (or contract) for the recycled gold raw materials listed in this document shall include the following.

a) Product Name;

b) Product categories;

c) Product status;

d) Dimensions and weight;
