Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 23248-2009 "Code for Design of Seawater Circulating Cooling Water Treatment". Compared with GB/T 23248-2009, except In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Added the water treatment agent performance evaluation method and the cooling tower water floating rate test method standard (see Chapter 2);

--- Added the term for shallow seawater (see 3.2);

---Modified seawater circulating cooling water system, seawater water treatment agent, seawater cooling tower, water drift rate, system water volume, corrosion rate, Terms and definitions such as internal corrosion, monitoring test piece, pre-filming and fouling organisms (see 3.1, 3.3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.9, 3.10, 3.12, 3.13 And 3.16, 3.1, 3.2, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.8, 3.9, 3.11, 3.12 and 3.15 of the 2009 version);

---Modified the total number of heterotrophic bacteria (see 3.18, 3.17 in the 2009 edition);

---Modified the terminology of sewage volume (see 3.23, 3.22 of the 2009 edition);

---Revised the treatment of seawater side flowing water [see 4.1c), 4.4 and Chapter 7, 6.3.5 of the 2009 edition];

---Revised the reference standards of sea water quality testing methods (see 5.1.2, 6.1.3 and 9.1.5, 5.1.2, 6.1.3 and 7.1.5 of the 2009 edition);

---Added the supplementary water suspended solids index, and revised the supplementary water salinity and pH control values (see Table 1, 2009 version of Table 1);

---Modified the general minimum flow rate of the tube pass [see 6.1.1c), 6.1.1c) of the 2009 edition];

---Modified the allowable value of the total number of heterotrophic bacteria [see 6.1.2e), the 2009 version of 6.1.2e)];

---The allowable value of chloride in seawater circulating cooling water has been modified, and the indicators of copper ions and free residual chlorine have been added (see Table 2, 2009 edition of the Table 2);

--- Deleted the content of bronze and ordinary water pumps in the seawater circulation pump (see 6.3.4 of the 2009 edition);

---Added the reference standard for the static performance evaluation test method of water treatment chemicals (see 6.4.3);

---The reference standard for the dynamic simulation test of seawater circulation cooling has been added (see 6.4.4);

---Modified the treatment of seawater circulating cooling discharge water (see Chapter 8, 6.6 of the 2009 edition);

---Added zinc ion, copper ion, ammonia nitrogen and dissolved solids and other sea water routine testing items (see Table 3);

---Added the non-conventional test items for the thermal resistance of dirt, and added the reference standards for the non-conventional test items (see Table 4);

---Added the adhesion rate calculation method (see Table 4);

---Added the requirements and methods for the detection of seawater floating rate (see 9.1.6);

---Added zinc ion, copper ion, ammonia nitrogen, iron bacteria count, sulfate reducing bacteria count and conductivity items (see Table A.1);

---Ignition reduction and iron-aluminum oxide items have been deleted (see Table A.1 in the 2009 edition);

---Revised the full hardness name (see Table A.1 of the 2009 edition);

---Added sea water quality analysis method (see Appendix B).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for the design of seawater circulating cooling water treatment and seawater supplementary water treatment, seawater circulating cooling water treatment, seawater Design requirements and methods for bypass water treatment, seawater circulating cooling discharge water treatment and detection, monitoring and control.

This standard is applicable to the design of seawater circulating cooling water treatment for new construction, expansion, and reconstruction projects that use seawater as supplementary water.
