Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting. This document replaces GB/T 23188-2008 "Matsutake". Compared with GB/T 23188-2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, The main technical changes are as follows:
a) Product classification is deleted (see Chapter 4 of the.2008 edition);
b) The requirements for shape, color, odor, impurities, etc. have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 5 of the.2008 edition);
c) Changed the "sampling" in the inspection rules (see Chapter 6,
7.2 of the.2008 edition);
d) The storage temperature of matsutake quick-frozen products has been changed (see 8.4.3,
9.3.3 of the.2008 edition). Please note that some contents of this document may refer to patents. The issuing agency of this document assumes no responsibility for identifying patents. This document specifies the requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of matsutake, and describes the test methods and sampling of matsutake. This document is applicable to fresh, quick-frozen and dried matsutake products.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12728 apply to this document.
3.1 Belonging to Basidiomycota, Agaricomycetes, Agaricales, Tricholo- mataceae), Tricholoma (Tricholoma), is the exogenous mycorrhizal fungi of pine, oak and other trees.
