Scope
GB/T 23100-2008 is the English-translated version of 电气用热固性树脂工业硬质玻璃纤维缠绕管.
GB/T 23100-2008 fixes the classification and nomenclature, the requirements, the test methods and the packaging, marking, transportation and storage of industrial rigid round winded tubes based on thermosetting resins for electrical purposes.
Clause 1 states that it applies to such tubes made from E-glass fiber yarn impregnated with epoxy resin or ether resin and cured by winding and baking, and the page records no exclusion.
The basic data lists the standard as identical to IEC 61212-3-1-2006, and the foreword says it was developed with reference to that document, the individual material specification for round laminated rolled tube.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 1408.1-2006, GB/T 7354-2003 and IEC 61212-1 and IEC 61212-2 in their 2006 editions.

1 Scope
