1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and insulation of laminated busbar insulation film.

Storage.

This standard is applicable to insulating film for laminated busbars based on polyester film (PET) (hereinafter referred to as "insulating film").

3 Product Categories

The insulating film protects the laminated busbars and has reliable electrical insulation, hydrolysis resistance, and electrical and thermal aging properties. Usually divided into

Single-sided insulating film and double-sided insulating film. The structure of the single-sided insulating film is a layer of insulating film and a layer of adhesive, double-sided insulating film

The structure is that the middle layer is an insulating film, and the upper and lower layers are adhesive layers.

Insulating film refers to an insulating film based on polyester film (PET). The specific structure is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
