Scope
GB/T 15022.10-2023 is the English-translated version of 电气绝缘用树脂基活性复合物 第10部分:聚酯亚胺树脂复合物.
GB/T 15022.10-2023 is Part 10 of the GB/T 15022 series on resin-based reactive compounds for electrical insulation, and deals with electric heating-UV curable polyesterimide resin composites.
It sets the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the rules for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of these compounds, which are made of heat-resistant unsaturated polyesterimide resin, a reactive cross-linking monomer and a composite initiator.
Table 1 fixes appearance, viscosity at (23 ± 1) °C, gel time at (100 ± 2) °C, curing volatile matter and water absorption after 24 h of immersion. It applies to compounds used on motor windings with heat resistance classes 180 (H) and 200 (C), and cites GB/T 15022.2-2017 and GB/T 31838.2. It was issued on 28 December 2023 and has applied since 1 July 2024.

Introduction
Resin-based active compound standards for electrical insulation are widely used in the research and development, production, quality inspection, sales, acceptance and technical delivery of this series of products flow etc.
This document can guide the industry in testing and quality assessment of resin-based active compounds for electrical insulation, and can improve the quality of such products. Quality and application reliability.
GB/T 15022 "Resin-based reactive compounds for electrical insulation" stipulates the definition and general requirements for resin-based reactive compounds for electrical insulation.
The requirements, test methods, and individual material product standards are intended to be composed of the following parts:
---Part 1. Definitions and general requirements. The purpose is to determine the nomenclature, definition, classification and general requirements.
---Part 2. Test methods. The purpose is to determine test methods for resin-based reactive compounds for electrical insulation.
---Part 3. Filler-free epoxy resin compounds. The purpose was to determine the post-cured requirements for filler-free epoxy resin compounds.
---Part 4. Unsaturated polyester-based impregnating resin. The purpose is to determine the general requirements for unsaturated polyester-based impregnating resins.
---Part 5. Quartz filler epoxy resin compounds. The objective was to determine the requirements for quartz filler epoxy resin composites after curing.
---Part 6. Epoxy casting resin for insulation of Class 1E distribution transformers in nuclear power plants. The purpose is to determine the level 1E distribution transformer of the nuclear power plant requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of epoxy casting resin for device insulation.
---Part 7. Epoxy anhydride vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) resin. The purpose is to identify epoxy anhydride vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) resins requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, storage and transportation.
---Part 8. Epoxy modified unsaturated polyester vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) resin. The purpose is to determine the epoxy modified unsaturated polyester classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, storage and transportation of vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) resin.
---Part 9. Resins for cable accessories. The purpose is to determine the terms and definitions, nomenclature, type testing, and supply of resins for cable accessories applications, packaging, logos and labels.
---Part 10. Polyesterimide resin composites. The purpose is to determine the use of electrically heated-UV curable polyesterimide impregnation for electrical insulation technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage and transportation of resin composites.
1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, markings, and packaging of electrically heated-UV curable polyesterimide resin composites for electrical insulation, packaging, transportation and storage, and the corresponding test methods are described.
This document is applicable to electric heating-UV curing polyesterimide resin composites for motors with heat resistance levels of 180 (H) and 200 (C).
Note: This type of product is composed of heat-resistant unsaturated polyesterimide resin, environmentally friendly reactive cross-linking monomer and composite initiator. Electric heating-UV curing process generally refers to an insulation treatment process in which after being impregnated with insulating resin, the motor stator winding conductors are energized to generate heat and ultraviolet (UV)-assisted curing is used.
