Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 19832-2005 "inspection and maintenance, repair and alteration of oil and gas industry drilling and production upgrading equipment Made ", and GB/T 19832-2005 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Added "connector and connecting ear" "dead rope holder" "top drive" and "cannula into the tool" (see range);

--- Change "Danger Zone" to "Key Zone" (see 3.1.1);

--- Change "Retrofit" to "Remanufacture" and change the definition (see 3.1.10);

--- Added terms and definitions "overhaul" "repair-free" "repair parts" and "scrap pieces" (see 3.1.14 ~ 3.1.17);

--- Increased equipment overhaul related details (see 5.3.2.5);

--- Acceptance of the contents of the guidelines were supplemented (see 5.3.5.1);

--- Change "wire rope inspection and maintenance (lubrication)" to "inspection and maintenance of lifting pulley" (see 5.3.6);

--- Added Appendix A;

--- Added Appendix B;

--- Added Appendix C

1 Scope

This standard specifies the guidelines and requirements for the inspection, maintenance, repair and remanufacturing of lifting equipment used in drilling and production operations in order to protect Hold the use of equipment to enhance performance.

This standard applies to the following drilling and production lifting equipment.

--- tubing hook and sucker rod hook;

--- Casing Elevators, Tubing Elevators, Drill Pipe Elevators and Drill Collar Elevators;

--- Rotating faucet ring connector;

--- Rotating faucet;

--- Power faucet;

--- Power short section;

--- Can be used as the elevator card chuck;

--- dead rope anchor and (or) wire rope holder;

--- drill string heave compensator (or device);

--- Can be used as a lifting device kelly spinner;

--- Can be used as lifting equipment riser feeding tool kit;

--- Can be used as a lifting device to send into the wellhead components;

--- Can be used as a safety slip to enhance the equipment;

--- Top drive;

--- Casing into the tool.
