7 Measurement Methods

7.1 Processing quality

7.1.1 Flatness of the roughened board

Place a 1000mm steel straightedge with a flatness tolerance of 0.1mm naturally at a distance of 50mm from the edge of the board and on both sides of the surface being inspected.

On the diagonal, use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the gauge face and the board surface. When the length of the side being inspected or the diagonal length is greater than 1000mm, use a steel straightedge along the edge.

The length and diagonal sections should be inspected separately, with the overlap not less than 1/3 of the steel straightedge length. The plane of the roughened board is represented by the measurement of the maximum gap.

The tolerance is 0.1 mm, and the measured value is accurate to 0.1 mm.

7.1.2 Thickness of the roughened board

Measure the thickness of the roughened board using vernier calipers or other measuring instruments that meet the required precision, measuring the midpoints of the four sides (see Figure 3).

Do not use the deviation between the maximum and minimum measured values and the nominal values to represent the dimensional deviation of the roughened board thickness; the measured values are accurate to 0.1 mm.

7.1.3 Standard Plate Specifications and Dimensions

Use vernier calipers or other measuring instruments that meet the required precision to measure the length, width, and thickness of the sheet metal. The length and width should be measured at [value missing] of the sheet metal.

Measurements were taken at three locations (see Figure 2), and the thickness was measured at the midpoints of the four sides (see Figure 3). The maximum and minimum measured values were compared with the nominal values.

The deviation between values represents the dimensional deviation of length, width, and thickness, with the measured values accurate to 0.1 mm.

7.1.4 Specifications and dimensions of the arc plate

Measure the chord length, height, and minimum wall thickness of the arc plate using vernier calipers or other measuring instruments that meet the required accuracy. At both ends of the arc plate... The chord length is measured at the surface (see Figure 1). The wall thickness is measured at the end face and side face of the arc plate (see Figure 1); the height of the arc plate is measured at the location shown in Figure 4.

The dimensional deviations of chord length, height, and wall thickness are expressed by the deviations between the maximum and minimum measured values and the nominal values, with the measured values accurate to 0.1 mm.

7.1.5 Flatness of Standard Plates

Place a 1000mm steel straightedge with a flatness tolerance of 0.1mm naturally on both sides of the surface being inspected, 10mm from the edge of the board.

On the diagonal, use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the gauge face and the board surface. When the side length or diagonal length of the inspected surface is greater than 1000mm, use a steel straightedge along... The side length and diagonal are inspected in segments, and the overlap should not be less than 1/3 of the length of the steel straightedge. The plane of the plate is represented by the measurement of the maximum gap.

The tolerance is 0.1 mm, and the measured value is accurate to 0.1 mm.

7.1.6 Straightness of the arc plate

Place a 1000mm steel straightedge with a flatness tolerance of 0.1mm along the generatrix of the arc plate on the surface to be inspected, and measure the surface with a feeler gauge.

The gap between the surface and the plate is measured as shown in Figure 4. When the height of the arc plate being inspected is greater than 1000mm, use a steel straightedge along the generatrix being inspected.

Segmented measurements should be taken, with the overlap not less than 1/3 of the steel straightedge length. The straightness tolerance of the arc plate is expressed as the measured value of the maximum gap. The value is accurate to 0.1 mm.

7.1.7 Circular arc plate profile

A circular arc template with an accuracy of 0.1mm is used to naturally conform to the arc surface being inspected. The ratio of the arc length of the template to the arc length of the arc surface being inspected should not exceed [the specified value].

If the ratio is less than 2.3, use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the gauge face and the arc surface, as shown in Figure 4. The measured value of the maximum gap represents the arc surface.

The profile tolerance of the arc plate is measured to an accuracy of 0.1 mm.

7.1.8 Angle of Standard Plate

Use a 90° steel angle ruler with an interior angle perpendicularity tolerance of 0.13mm and an interior angle side length of 500mm x 400mm. Place the short side of the angle ruler against the board.

Place the short side of the board against the long side of the board, and use a feeler gauge to measure the maximum gap between the long side of the board and the long side of the square. Measure all four sides of the board.

Angle, expressed as the angular tolerance of the sheet metal, with the measurement of the maximum gap accurate to 0.1 mm.

7.1.9 Angle of the arc plate

Use a 90° steel angle ruler with an interior angle perpendicularity tolerance of 0.13mm and an interior angle side length of 500mm x 400mm. Place the short side of the angle ruler close to the circle.

On the end face of the curved plate, place the long side of a square against the edge of the curved plate, and use a feeler gauge to measure the maximum gap between the edge of the curved plate and the long side of the square. (Measure the circle...)

The angular tolerance of the arc plate is represented by the measured value of the maximum gap at the four corners, with the measurement accurate to 0.1 mm.

7.1.10 Angle between the front and side of a standard sheet

Using a 90° steel angle ruler with an interior angle perpendicularity tolerance of 0.13mm and an interior angle side length of 500mm x 400mm, place the short side of the angle ruler close to the decoration.

Place the long side of a square against the side and observe the position of the gap to determine the size of the included angle.

7.1.11 Angle alpha of the circular arc plate

Place the arc template against the decorative surface of the arc panel, ensuring that the extended radial scale line intersects the edge of the arc panel. Place a small ruler along the radial... Place the scale line on the arc template and measure the angle between the side of the arc plate and the small ruler (see Figure 5).

7.1.12 Specular gloss

The gloss meter with an incident angle of 60° and an aperture diameter of not less than 18 mm was used for testing in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 13891.
