Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 18840-2002 "Tire base for asphalt waterproofing membrane". Compared with GB/T 18840-2002, except for editorial repair The main technical contents of the change are as follows.

--- Revised the scope, removed the polyester-cotton non-woven fabric and the fiberglass mesh composite felt (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2002 edition);

--- Revised terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2002 edition);

--- Modified classification and marking, increased use (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2002 edition);

--- Revised the requirements, removed the physical and mechanical properties of the composite felt of 5.2.6 and Table 8 polyester-cotton non-woven fabric and glass fiber mesh cloth, modified Table 2 Table 3, Table 4 and Table 5 Physical and mechanical properties of the four types of bases (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 2002 edition);

--- Revised the relevant test method (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 2002 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and packages of tire base for asphalt waterproofing membranes. Loading, transport and storage.

This standard is applicable to polyester felt, glass fiber felt, polyethylene film, glass fiber felt and glass fiber mesh composite felt as asphalt waterproofing coil base. Ester felt and fiberglass mesh composite felt.
