3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Carbon mass balance method
According to post-fuel combustion in the engine is equal to the sum of the total mass of carbon in exhaust gas quality carbon and fuel prior to combustion testing the law of conservation of mass
Vehicle fuel consumption calculation method, referred to as the carbon balance method.
3.2 Bench resistance
All chassis dynamometer rotational friction and air resistance component operation is combined.
3.3 Car carriage rolling resistance
Produced automobile wheel rolling resistance on a chassis dynamometer rollers.
3.4 Gantry loading resistance
Chassis dynamometer loading device is applied to the subject automobile resistance.
