Foreword

This document was issued on 12 May 2008 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Standardization Administration of China, and has applied since 1 November 2008.

It replaces GB/T 17748-1999.

It has been superseded by GB/T 17748-2016, Aluminium-plastic composite panel for curtain wall.

It is a GB/T standard: recommended rather than compulsory, but it is the text a Chinese reviewer, customer or inspection body applies.

1 Scope

This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, specification, size, mark, material, requirement, test method, test rule, symbol, package, transportation, storage and accompanied documents of aluminium-plastic composite panel for curtain wall (hereinafter referred to as curtain wall panel).

The standard is mainly applicable to aluminium-plastic composite panel for curtain wall, and aluminium-plastic composite panels for other purpose may refer to this standard.
