Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 24719-2009 "Highway Toll Booths". Compared with GB/T 24719-2009, except for structural adjustments and editorial In addition to the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The requirements for product classification and model have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 2009 edition);

b) Modified the technical requirements for interior materials, structural dimensions, and appearance quality (see 5.1.1.5, 5.1.2.1.1 and 5.1.3, 2009 edition). 4.1.1.5, 3.3.1.1 and 4.1.2);

c) The technical requirements for structure and configuration, and physical and chemical properties of materials have been changed (see 5.2 and 5.3, 4.2 and 4.3 of the 2009 edition);

d) The technical requirements for electrical facilities and components have been deleted (see 4.1.1.6 of the 2009 edition);

e) The technical requirements for electrical safety performance have been changed (see 5.4, 4.4 of the 2009 edition);

f) Added technical requirements for integrated systems (see 5.7);

g) Added test methods for raw materials, structural dimensions and tolerances, structural and setting requirements, and integrated systems (see 6.3, 6.4, 6.6 and 6.11);

h) The test method for electrical safety performance has been changed (see 6.8, 5.3.3 of the 2009 edition);

i) The requirements of the inspection rules have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of the 2009 edition);

j) The requirements for labeling, packaging, transportation and storage have been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and Storage.

This document applies to the production and inspection of highway toll booths.
