Scope

GB 30185-2025 is the English-translated version of 铝（塑）复合板单位产品能源消耗限额.

GB 30185-2025 sets the norm of energy consumption per unit product for aluminum (plastic) composite panels, specifying energy consumption limit grades, technical requirements, the statistical scope and the calculation methods; it applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption in enterprises producing aluminum-plastic composite panels, non-combustible aluminum composite panels and aluminum single panels for decoration, and to energy control of new, rebuilt and expanded projects.

Three grades are given, in kilograms of standard coal per 10 000 m2, for decorative and curtain wall aluminum-plastic panels (hot-press compounding, or conversion coating plus hot-press compounding), non-combustible aluminum composite panels and powder- or liquid-coated aluminum single panels, grade 1 being the most efficient.

Existing enterprises shall not exceed grade 3 and new, rebuilt or expanded plants shall not exceed grade 2; energy is metered per production line, converted to standard coal by calorific value or GB/T 2589 coefficients, with the boundaries of production, auxiliary and ancillary systems defined for each product and formulas for product and per-unit comprehensive energy consumption.

It replaces GB 30185-2013, extending the limits to non-combustible and single aluminum panels, adding technical requirements, revising the statistical scope and calculation methods and deleting energy-saving management measures.

Foreword

This document was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents.

This document replaces GB 30185-2013 The norm of energy consumption for unit product of aluminum-plastic composite panel. Compared with GB 30185-2013, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) the term and definition "comprehensive energy consumption of aluminum-plastic panel products" has been deleted, the term and definition "comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of aluminum-plastic composite panel" has been changed, and the terms and definitions "comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of non-combustible aluminum composite panel" and "comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of aluminum single panels for decoration" have been added (Chapter 3 of the 2013 edition);

b) the index values of the energy consumption limit grades for aluminum-plastic composite panels have been changed, and index values of the energy consumption limit grades for non-combustible aluminum composite panels and aluminum single panels for decoration have been added (see Chapter 4; Chapter 4 of the 2013 edition);

c) technical requirements have been added (see Chapter 5);

d) the statistical scope and calculation methods have been changed (see Chapter 6; Chapter 5 of the 2013 edition);

e) energy-saving management and measures have been deleted (see Chapter 6 of the 2013 edition).
