Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 1774-1995 "silver powder." This standard compared with GB/T 1774-1995, the main changes are as follows:
--- Original standard product designation revision of PAg-G0.2, PAg-G2.0, PAg-G7.0.
--- Increasing the particle size characteristic parameters D10, D50, D90.
--- Using GB/T 19077.1 "laser diffraction particle size analysis' ultrafine silver particle size measured and indicated particle size characteristics parameter.
--- The electronic products lead-free, cadmium international trends, increase harmful impurity elements Cd maximum allowable amount of 0.001%.
--- Increase the burning rate, specific surface area, particle size distribution and other requirements. Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. This standard specifies the requirements for ultra-fine silver, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, and purchase order (or contract) within Tolerance and so on. This standard applies to the electronics industry with ultra-fine silver.

3.1 Grades and marks
3.1.1 Depending on the silver powder particle size (D50) size, the product is divided into three categories, respectively, according to GB/T 18035 the grade. PAg- G0.2, PAg-G2.0, PAg-G7.0.
3.1.2 Particle size distribution marked. D90 represents the cumulative 90% particle diameter at, D50 represents the cumulative particle diameter at 50%, D10 represents tired Plot in the particle size at 10%.
