Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 1775-2009 "Ultrafine Gold Powder". Compared with GB/T 1775-2009, the only changes are structural adjustments and editorial modifications. In addition, the main technological changes are as follows:
a) The raw material requirements for the product have been removed (see
3.1 in the.2009 edition);
b) Added product categories (see 4.1);
c) Added product markings (see 4.2);
d) Product grades PAuH-2.0, PAuH-4.5, and PAuL-
5.2 and their technical requirements have been added (see 5.2);
e) The types and limits of impurity elements in the chemical composition of ultrafine gold powder have been modified (see 5.2,
3.3 of the.2009 edition);
f) The specifications for burn loss rate, specific surface area, loose packing density, tapped density, and average particle size of PAu-
3.0 products have been changed (see 5.2,.2009). (3.4-
3.6 of the.2008 edition)
g) Product inspection items have been changed (see 7.3,

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Gold powder with a particle size of micron or submicron in the form of spherical or near-spherical particles.
4 Classification and Labeling
4.1 Product Classification Depending on the application, the products are divided into PAuH-2.0, PAuH-3.0, and PAuH-4.5, which are used for preparing high-temperature sintering electronic pastes. There are two categories. PAuL-5.2, which is used to prepare low-temperature curing electronic pastes.
4.2 Product Marking The product marking consists of four parts. this document number, gold powder marking, product classification marking, and upper limit of average particle size.
