What this standard covers
This standard specifies the agricultural tractors and self-propelled machinery PTO shaft type and use specifications. Provides for various types of input coupling device used to connect the device size and power equipment clearance range. The purpose of this section is to ensure that the drive train between the power output to match the power level of equipment with the tractor and the coupling means adjacent the proper clearance. Complete design guidelines in this section is not powertrain. For example, not include the powertrain vibration damping torque limiter or the size information. This section does not apply to sugar cane stalk crops or jobs with high clearance tractors and machinery units, nor to engage in lawn mowing job or lower the center of gravity required for floor care gap lowland agricultural tractors. Not applicable because of the required functional design asymmetric type of equipment.
