Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 5668-2008 "Rotary Tiller." this standard compared with GB/T 5668-2008, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify the scope of the provisions (see Chapter 1, 2008 edition of Chapter 1);

--- Added terminology (see Chapter 3);

--- Modify the type, model representation (see 4.1 and Chapter 5, 2008 version 3.1 and Chapter 4);

--- Modify the vegetation coverage performance index (see 6.1.1 Table 2, 2008 version 5.1.1 in Table 2);

--- Modify the performance index of groundbreaking rate (see Table 1 in 6.1.1, Table 2 in 5.1.1 of 2008);

--- Modify the average technical indicators of the time between failures (see 6.1.2 Table 3, 2008 version 5.1.2 in Table 3);

--- Modify the security requirements (see Chapter 7, Chapter 8 of the 2008 edition);

--- Modify the instructions for use (see 10.1, 2008 version 9.1);

--- Removed the calculation method of soil bulk and softness (see 2008 version 7.1.3.6);

--- Removed the expression of slip rate (see 2008 version 7.1.4.3);

--- Modify the reliability assessment methods (see 8.1.2.1, 2008 edition of 7.2.1);

--- Increased idling torque test method (see 8.3.3);

--- Increasing the tightening torque of the bolt connection normative appendix (see Appendix A).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type of rotary tiller, the basic parameters, technical requirements, safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, instructions, standard Log, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to tractors (except tractors) supporting horizontal dry tiller. Rotary joint part of the rotary machine can be refer to the implementation.
