Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces LY/T 1432-2001 "seedling machine", compared with the main technical changes LY/T 1432-2001 are as follows.

a) Removed the terms "ground spreader", "shaking machine", "joint spreader", "side plate", "crush board (stick)", " and the definition of an increase of "integrated seedling machine", "transport gap", "the scope of changes in the depth of seedlings", "discard seedlings injury rate" terminology and set Justice, and change "working width" to "width";

b) modified the contents of normative references;

c) Modification of the seedling machine model compilation method, and added to give the basic parameters of seedling machine (see Chapter 4, 2001 edition Chapter 4);

d) Modify the overall performance requirements for seedling raising machine, respectively, given the performance requirements of the four types of seedling machine (see 5.2, 2001 edition 5.1);

e) Deleted part of the processing requirements of the "main component requirements" (2001 version 5.2);

f) Added safety requirements and test methods (see 5.4, 6.5);

g) Modify the requirements for reliability by modifying the requirements for "structural reliability index of spreader" to "spreader" Time "and" MTBF "requirements (see 5.5, 2001 version 5.1.3)

h) Modify the content of the test rule (see Chapter 7, 2001 edition, Chapter 7);

i) Added the "Instructions for Use" and the "Shipping" requirements for the seedling raising machine.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the forestry nursery seedling machine (hereinafter referred to as seedling machine) terms and definitions, product type and basic parameters, technical requirements, Test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, instructions for use, transport and storage.

This standard applies to the tractor or nursery universal chassis powered suspension linked seedling nursery machine.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
