Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB/T 16801-1997 "anti-static properties of the fabric conditioner determination." This standard and GB/T 16801-1997 compared to the main changes are as follows:

This standard specifies the method for determining fabric conditioner to eliminate static properties of the fabric. This standard applies to the evaluation of fabric conditioning agents, antistatic agents to eliminate static fabric performance.
