1 Scope
GB/T 16727-2025 is the Chinese national standard on precast concrete plate for composite slab, in the field of construction materials and building. This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 16727-2007 "Prestressed Concrete Slabs for Composite Slabs". Compared with GB/T 16727-2007, except for the structural... Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) A "Terms and Definitions" section has been added (see Chapter 3);
b) The relevant content regarding prestressed concrete hollow core slabs for composite slabs has been deleted (see sections 3.1, 3.2.2, and Chapter 4 of the.2007 edition);
c) Changes were made to "Classification, Specifications, and Marking" (see Chapter 4, Chapters 3 and 4 of the.2007 edition);
d) The "General Requirements" section has been revised and placed in a separate chapter; "Performance Requirements" has been added; and "Board Construction" has been removed (see Chapter 5). (2007 edition, 5.1, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5)
e) The requirements and test methods for "Raw Materials," "Appearance Quality," and "Dimensional Tolerances" have been changed (see 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.1, 7.2). 7.3 (5.2, 5.6, 5.7, 6.1, 6.5, and

f) The structural performance requirements and test methods for the plates have been removed (see sections

h) Added requirements for quality certification documents at the time of product delivery (see 10.1);
