Buried polyethylene pipeline system for gas not exceeding 1:0MPa:

This document is applicable to underground polyethylene for gas use with a nominal outer diameter of 16mm~800mm made of PE100 and PE80 grade compounds:

Vinyl pipe:

Note 1: When transporting artificial coal gas and liquefied petroleum gas, it is necessary to consider the impact of other components (such as aromatic hydrocarbons and condensate) present in the gas on the pipe properties at a certain concentration:

adverse effects on performance:

Note 2: The maximum working pressure of the pipeline system is related to the working temperature and the material's rapid crack propagation resistance (RCP) critical pressure, see GB/T 15558:1-2023

Appendix C: The reference operating temperature is 20 degrees C:

Note 3: The MOP of polyethylene pipes is determined based on the design stress sigmaD and takes into account the influence of RCP performance; the MOP depends on the minimum required strength of the material type
