This standard replaces GB/T 14176-2003 "forestry machinery - Portable brush cutters and lawn mowers technical conditions", GB/T 14177- 2003 "Forestry machinery - Portable brush cutters and grass trimmers - Test methods" and GB/T 14176-2003, GB/T 14177-2003 phase Technology than the main changes are as follows:
