This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB/T 13990-1992 "within 5000 1.10 000 topographic map and aerial photogrammetry industry norms." This standard compared with GB/T 13990-1992, content changes include.

3.1 5000 topographic map specifications
