Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 17270-1998 "quartz sand (powder) plant dust Technical Specification" and GB/T 13910-1992 "Talc Processing Code of dust. " This standard and GB/T 17270-1998, GB/T 13910-1992 main changes are as follows:

--- The main structure in accordance with quartz sand (powder) and talc production process layout, ease of use and the corresponding provisions of the lookup;

--- Increased General;

--- An increase dedusting equipment cinder, ash-related provisions;

This standard specifies the quartz sand (powder) plant, the basic requirements of talc plant dust and comprehensive dust control measures. This standard applies to quartz sand (powder) plant, anti-talc plant of new construction, renovation, expansion projects and technological innovation, technology transfer projects Dust design, management and supervision. Existing quartz sand (powder) plant, talc plant shall also comply with this standard.

3 General
