Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1:1-2009: This standard replaces GB/T 13138-2008 "General technical conditions for self-aligning machines", and the main technical changes compared with GB/T 13138-2008 Change as follows:
---The direction of rotation has been increased from the end view of the shaft extension (see 3:5, 4:6 in the:2008 edition);
--- Added voltage vector diagram (see 3:6);
---The coaxiality of the installation mating surface and the verticality of the installation mating end surface are divided into two test items (see 4:6 and 4:7,:2008 edition 4:3:5 and 5:6:5);
---The terminal is divided into two parts: marking and strength (see 4:8 and 4:25, 4:4 and 5:7 in the:2008 edition);
--- Deleted the excitation static friction torque test project (2008 version 4:8:2 and 5:10:2);
---Added the technical requirements and test methods of the ZKFW self-aligning machine (4:8, 4:9, 4:17, 4:18, 4:19, 4:24 and 4:30);
---Modified the insulation resistance value after the constant damp heat test (see 4:13:1, 4:10 of the:2008 edition);
---Added the static error dial reading test method (see 4:20:2:3);
--- Deleted the circuit diagram of the calibration method (5:13 and 5:14 in the:2008 edition);
---Deleted the electrical error proportional voltage gradient method test method, and added the electrical error angle indicator method and spin simulator method test Method (see 4:18, 5:17 of the:2008 edition);
--- Electromagnetic interference is changed to electromagnetic compatibility (see 4:29, 4:24 and 5:26 of the:2008 edition);
--- Increased steady-state acceleration (see 4:32);
--- Increased low air pressure (see 4:34);

3 Basic appearance structure and installation type The basic shape structure and installation type of the self-aligning machine should meet the requirements of GB/T 7346 or product-specific technical conditions: Frame size 20 adopts K1; frame sizes 28, 36 and 45 adopt K3; frame sizes 55 and 70 adopt K4; frame sizes above 70 are adopted Use K6 or K7 type; 55 and below frame size adopts the basic type of optical shaft extension; 70 frame size adopts a semicircular keyway shaft with a diameter of 8mm Extend to the basic type: 3:
