Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB/T 12510-1990 "Information processing interchange Uighur alphabet character set keyboard layout area." This standard GB/T 12510-1990 compared, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows:

--- In accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 standard structure has been adjusted;

--- Increasing the term entry (see Chapter 3);

--- Increased stratification and representation of the keyboard (see Chapter 4);

--- Modified keyboard layout, delete the GB/T 12510-1990 keyboard layout, layered keyboard in accordance with the provisions of the first increase Keyboard layout layer 1 and layer

2 Keyboard Layout (see Chapter 5);

--- Added Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C. Please note that some of the content of this document may involve patents. 3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Alphanumeric alphanumeric A collection. It includes alphanumeric characters, punctuation, special symbols and spacing characters and the like.

3.2 Control controlfunction The impact data recording, processing, transmission or interpretation of the action.

3.3 Control characters controlcharacter A functional character. It will be inserted between the other characters, to initiate, modify or stop the implementation of some control functions. NOTE. The control characters are interpreted by a machine, it's not graphic symbols.

3.4 Graphic character graphiccharacter Unlike control characters, and other characters with graphics for handwritten, printed or displayed visually represented.

Note. It is not a control character functions.
