This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, and packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for equipment fire trucks, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document applies to the design, manufacture, and inspection of equipment fire trucks (hereinafter referred to as "equipment trucks").

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB 7956.1 apply to this document.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 Basic Requirements Equipment vehicles should comply with the provisions of GB 7956.1.

4.2 Vehicle Requirements

4.2.1 For equipment vehicles using hook-lift self-loading and unloading devices, after 100 consecutive loading and unloading operations of module boxes using the hook-lift, the lifting and lowering of the module boxes should... The movement should be smooth, without any jerking, impact, or jamming. The hydraulic system should show no oil leaks or seepage. The module box should not be deformed, and the equipment inside should be secure. It should be securely fixed and in good condition. After the module box is retracted onto the vehicle, it should be able to automatically lock into its limit position. The module box should not slide when the vehicle is moving or braking.

4.2.2 For equipment vehicles using a crane-type self-loading and unloading device, the crane should continuously load and unload module boxes 50 times. The movements should be smooth and accurate, without creeping or vibration. There should be no abnormal phenomena such as vibration or jamming, no oil leaks, or damage to parts. All equipment in the module box should be securely fixed and in good condition. Okay. The module box should automatically lock into its limit position after being retracted onto the vehicle, and should not slide when the vehicle is moving or braking.

4.2.3 For equipment vehicles using outrigger-type self-loading and unloading devices, the outriggers should continuously support the module box for 100 lifting cycles without any oil leakage or structural deformation. There should be no issues such as misalignment or movement jamming. All equipment inside the modular container should be securely fixed and in good condition. The modular container should automatically retract into the vehicle. The module box should not slide when the vehicle is moving or braking, as it is under fixed limit.

4.3 Operating Instructions and Labelling Requirements

4.3.1 A label with the corresponding equipment name should be affixed to the fixed location of the equipment in the vehicle, and a list of the equipment should be placed in a prominent position in each equipment box. A detailed list of all equipment inside the compartment should be displayed, and a list of all equipment and their locations should be placed in the driver's cab or other easily accessible locations. The signs should be fixed securely and should not fall off due to vibration, high temperature, water spray, or other reasons.
