Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB 7691-2003 "Safety Regulations and General Rules for Safety Management of Painting Operations". Compared with GB 7691-2003, except for the structure... Aside from adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The scope of application has been changed, and the scope of application of this document has been removed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2003 edition);
b) Add the terms and definitions for "painting operation" and "painting operation site" (see 3.1, 3.2);
c) The requirements for safety training have been changed (see 4.4, Chapter 16 of the.2003 edition);
d) The requirements for safety signs have been changed (see 4.5, Chapter 14 of the.2003 edition);
e) The requirements for personal protective equipment have been changed (see 4.6, Chapter 19 of the.2003 edition);
f) The requirements for occupational health management have been changed (see 4.7, Chapter 18 of the.2003 edition);
g) The requirements for the selection, storage, and transportation of coatings and related chemicals have been changed (see Chapter 5,.2003 edition, 4.1, 5.5, 5.6). 5.7);
h) The requirements for the research, production, and sale of coatings and related chemicals have been deleted (see 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, and
5.4 of the.2003 edition);
i) The requirements for the research, design, manufacture, and sale of coating equipment have been removed (see 6.1, 6.3, 6.4, and
6.6 of the.2003 edition);
j) The painting process that should not have been used was changed (see 6.1,
