GB/T 35490-2025 is the English-translated version of 预应力钢筒混凝土管涂层腐蚀控制技术.

Foreword

This document conforms to GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting is scheduled. This document replaces GB/T 35490-2017 "Corrosion Protection Technology for Prestressed Steel Cylinder Concrete Pipes". Compared with GB/T 35490-2017, Apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The content of "Scope" has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2017 edition).

b) The term "broken wire detection" and its definition (see

3.7 in the.2017 edition) have been removed, and the term "concrete cover" and its definition have been added. (See 3.7);

c) Added "abbreviations" (see Chapter 4);

d) The content of "Corrosion Protection Design" has been changed (see Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the.2017 edition);

e) The section on "Materials for Anti-corrosion Coating Systems" has been removed (see Chapter 5 of the.2017 edition).

f) The content of "Painting Application" has been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 7 in the.2017 edition);

g) The "Coating Performance Testing" section and its contents have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 in the.2017 edition).

h) The "Quality Control and Acceptance" section and its contents have been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the.2017 edition).

i) The "Administration and Maintenance" section and its contents have been changed (see Chapter 9, Chapter 9 in the.2017 edition).

j) The section on "Safety, Health and Environmental Protection" and its contents have been changed (see Chapter 10, Chapter 10 in the.2017 edition).

k) The contents of Appendix A have been changed (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the.2017 edition);
