4 Test
4.1 Overview In this section all tests are type tests on a subassembly or a solenoid valve (or part) of the sample. These tests The only purpose is to verify that the design and construction to ensure compliance with this requirement. In addition, the manufacturer shall produced at the same time having a crisis Dangerous live parts and accessible conductive parts of the solenoid valve subassembly or 100% of the routine tests specified in Appendix F. Satisfy the provisions of this part of the relevant standards and requirements for use by these sub-assembly of the solenoid valve, solenoid valve type in the entire trial You do not have to repeat the test during the test. It should be checked by all applicable test meets the requirements of this section, but if the examination of the solenoid valve can really prove certainly pass Had a trial, then this test may be omitted. Test under the following conditions.
--- Reference test conditions (see 4.3);
--- Fault conditions (see 4.4). NOTE. If performing compliance test, or a measured value of the applied (such as voltage) of the actual value due to errors and uncertainty, then.
--- Manufacturer to ensure that the value of the test is applied to at least a predetermined value;
--- Test departments should ensure that the test applied is not greater than the value specified.
4.2 Test procedure Subject to the provisions of this section, the test sequence may be optionally substituted. After each test should be carefully checked to test the solenoid valve. in case Test results have doubts, doubts if the test reverse the order of the trial whether any of the preceding pass true, the front of these tests It should be repeated. If the test will damage the solenoid valve under fault conditions, these tests can be placed under the test conditions of the reference test after that.
4.3 reference test conditions
4.3.1 Environmental Conditions Subject to the provisions of this section, the test sites should have the following conditions.
a) Temperature. 15 °C ~ 35 °C;
b) Relative humidity. not exceed 75%;
c) Atmospheric pressure. 86kPa ~ 106kPa;
d) no frost, condensation, water seepage, rain and sunshine.
4.3.2 solenoid valve status Most Unless otherwise specified, each test should be assembled on solenoid valves for normal use, and in the provisions of 4.3.2.1 ~
4.3.2.6 Conducted under unfavorable combination of conditions. If the volume or quality reasons can not be certain the entire solenoid valve test, is allowed to carry out sub-assembly test, as long as after inspection Certify that the solenoid valve can be assembled in line with the requirements of this section can be.
4.4 Test under single fault conditions
4.4.1 Overview It should be according to the following requirements.
a) Test the solenoid valve and a circuit diagram, it is possible to identify a fault condition hazards. These fault conditions shall be run on the device When applied to normal conditions a minimum;
b) In addition to proof of a specific fault conditions likely to cause danger, the test shall be made by the fault, or select test Alternative method of compliance prescribed in place of fault testing [see 9b) and 9c)];
c) solenoid valve should work under reference test conditions (see 4.3) the most unfavorable combination of conditions, for different faults, which combined strip Member can vary, these combined conditions should be recorded during each test.
4.4.2 Fault conditions imposed Fault conditions 4.4.2.1 ~
4.4.2.2 should include provisions for fault conditions. These fault conditions can only be applied to one and should press Sequentially applied in any convenient order, can not be applied more than one fault at the same time, the results unless it is applied to a fault caused by a fault. After each applied once the fault condition, the solenoid valve or component should pass the applicable test 4.4.4.
4.4.2.1 Protective conductor Protective conductor should be disconnected, but permanent connection solenoid valve or comply with GB/T 11918 ~ GB/T 11919 of the connector Except for the solenoid valve.
4.4.2.2 solenoid AC-powered solenoid valve should be prevented from starting moving core in the case of fully energized, the movable core in the solenoid valve operation starting position. In one test damaged solenoid, allowing for repair or replacement before the next test. During the test, the fuse for the normal operating current 10 times the rated current work.
4.4.3 Test duration
4.4.3.1 Overview Should work until the solenoid valve failure results generated by the applied never again have further changes so far. Each test a Generally limited to less than 1h, 1h if in the end there is a fire, electric shock or personal injury, dangerous signs, the test should continue to be until Or any of the above disasters do occur longest sustained period of 4h.
4.4.3.2 Fuse If the fuse is disconnected due to a fault interrupt leaving, and if the fuse is not in operation within about 1s, it should measure about Fault condition current flowing through the fuse. In order to determine whether the current reaches or exceeds the minimum operating current fuse and longer melt Breaker before operation, it should take advantage of the pre-arcing time/current characteristics of the fuses to be assessed. The current through the fuse will be made over time and Students change. If the test does not meet current minimum operating current fuse, the power supply should work for a period corresponding to the longest time fuse, Or should the power of continuous work
4.4.3.1 Predetermined time. Compliance
4.4.4 after applying the fault condition
