Foreword
This standard replaces GB "distilled wines and mixed wines health standards" and in the No. 1, No. 2 amendments 2757-1981.
This standard compared with GB 2757-1981, the main changes are as follows.
- Modify the standard name;
- Modify the MRL cyanide;
- Cancel the MRL of manganese;
- Increased labeling requirements identified.
The standard 4.2 to 4.4 with effect from August 1, 2013 implementation.
National Food Safety Standard Distilled spirits and wine preparation
1 Scope
This standard applies to distilled spirits and wine preparation.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1 Distilled spirits
In cereal grains, potatoes, fruit and milk as the main raw material, fermentation, distillation, blending of alcoholic beverages.
2.2 Preparation of liquor distilled liquor
To distill alcohol and (or) consumption of alcohol as the wine base, adding edible materials or food additives, were formulated, mixed or reprocessing Made, it has changed its style of wine-based alcoholic beverage.
3 Technical requirements
3.1 Requirements for raw materials
Shall comply with relevant standards and regulations.
3.2 Sensory requirements
Shall comply with the relevant provisions of the standard product.
3.3 Physical indicators
Physical and chemical indicators should meet the requirements in Table 1.

3.4 Limited pollutants and mycotoxins

3.5 Food Additives
The use of food additives shall comply with the provisions of GB 2760.
4 Labels
4.1 Preparation of wine and distilled spirits labels in addition to alcohol, warnings and shelf identification, shall comply with the provisions of GB 7718.
4.2 should be based on "% vol" for the units label alcohol.
4.3 should be labeled "excessive drinking is harmful to health", which can indicate other warnings.
4.4 alcohol content greater than or equal 10% vol of alcoholic beverages are exempt from labeling shelf life.
