Scope
GB 22997-2008 is the English-translated version of 机床安全 小规格数控车床与车削中心.
GB 22997-2008 — This Chinese standard specifies the general-purpose CNC lathes and turning centers (hereinafter referred to as the machine) to eliminate hazards and reduce the risk of safety requirements and/or measures.
This standard recognizes the danger see Chapter 4 Table 1. This standard applies to: clamping unit's maximum diameter to 500 mm, the maximum distance to the top of 2000 mm CNC horizontal lathes and turning centers, holding means maximum diameter up to 500 mm CNC vertical lathe, spindle inverted machine tools (including improved) and turning centers.
Large-sized CNC lathes and turning centers perform or execute the standard GB 22998-2008. This standard also applies as an integral part of the machine tool accessories such as: tools, chuck, workpiece, cutting device and chip devices.
This standard also applies to automatic processing lines consisting of lathes or turning unit, when they generate the dangers and risks associated with individual processing machine similar to when.
Given in this standard addition method is based on the criteria listed in references.
